Meet the People Behind the Practice
This session will feature David Hatfield. David has 30 years national and international experience in conflict facilitation, coaching and conflict facilitation training, with a trauma-informed approach and care for psychological safety. He holds an MA in Process Oriented Facilitation and Conflict Studies, and is a Processwork Diplomate, which is the highest attainment of training offered by the International Association of Process-Oriented Psychology. He also holds Level 1 Trauma Counseling with the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute.

The master class is designed for organizational leaders, coaches, group facilitators, and others whose roles require them to navigate complex human and organizational dynamics with responsibility and influence. The course delivery is 70% in person and 30% online, in full group modules, small group learning labs, and 1:1 coaching sessions.
The course content is primarily drawn from Process Work, and is designed for practical application to common patterns and dynamics in conflicts. The course is constructed and delivered with trauma awareness, somatic resources and respect for diversity of lived experience, communication and relationship styles.
Participants will learn how to apply Processwork attitudes and methods to common patterns found in conflict, and develop their own individual facilitator style in doing so.
