BCODN Strategic Planning Session: Dream - What might be?

One of the things we have heard from membership is that you want more opportunities to Do OD.  Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a particularly powerful way of DOING strategic planning because it is deliberately co-creative. This DREAM session is about imagining new possibilities and aspirations for the future.  We will be using a SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) process with powerful questions to provide a framework for this step in our planning process. This DREAM session is part of a full Appreciative Inquiry process to develop a 3-year strategic plan. 

Coffee, lunch, and refreshments will be served.  

Entry to the event (both in person & online) is limited. Participation is complimentary.
