As the network for Organizational Development in BC, BCODN is committed to creating spaces where members can shape the future of our community together. Design Our Future was our second fully interactive, team- and community-building Zoom experience—crafted exclusively for members.

During the session, participants engaged in feedforward dialogue and Liberating Structures activities that tapped into the collective knowledge, interests, and experience of our community. Through small group breakouts and facilitated discussions, members explored new ideas for how BCODN can continue to support practitioners and provide meaningful opportunities in the field.
