Challenges and Opportunities in Your OD Career

  • 28 Nov 2011

Mark your calendars
for the next
BCODN Community Of Practice session
Monday November 28
5:30 PM
Roundhouse Community Centre, Room A
Pacific Blvd and Davie, Vancouver, BC

CoP sessions are free for members.

Nick Dobbing will facilitate the November 28 session. With your help, Nick’s intention will be to set a simple and casual roundtable conversation about your issues and experience in OD practice.

Come prepared to answer two questions:

  • What are the challenges/opportunities in your OD career, where you might like to hear opinions from other OD practitioners in tonight’s circle?
  • What are your particular strengths/talents as an OD practitioner, that you might like to offer to the circle?

We’ll use your answers to shape the conversation, and with luck we’ll probably unearth some topics for relevant and lively discussion.

About the BCODN Community Of Practice project:

The Community Practice project is an initiative by and for the BCODN membership. So far, we’ve had some lively conversations, and it’s a great way to connect with other members in a casual and unstructured setting where your interests are foremost. Any member is encouraged to facilitate an upcoming session — if you’re interested in doing that, then join us at one of the sessions, where the next facilitator is normally chosen.

For more information please view the Community Of Practice page on the BCODN website, and/or contact Nick Dobbing, nick@wovenland.ca.
