BCODN’s 2021 Annual General Meeting was more than just a time to review our year—it was a chance to reflect, reimagine, and reconnect as a community. Following the AGM business session, members participated in a facilitated dialogue exploring the timely theme:
“In an Era of Transformative and Traumatic Disruptions . . . What Can OD Bring?”
The past year had challenged organizations and communities in profound ways, from global crises to rapid shifts in how we live and work. This session invited members to lean into their collective wisdom and experience as Organizational Development practitioners to explore:
What unique value OD can offer in times of deep disruption
How practitioners can support resilience, healing, and transformation in organizations
Opportunities to bring equity, inclusion, and systemic awareness into practice
Through dialogue and shared reflection, participants surfaced insights on how OD can help organizations not only respond to disruption but also emerge stronger, more inclusive, and more future-ready.
