About Roy Johnson
Roy is a local and national conference speaker and trainer and co-author of “Turning Conflict into Profit” recently released from The University of Alberta Press.
As a psychotherapist and mediator, Roy has worked with individuals, couples and families as well as business groups, health care organizations, educational institutions, community agencies and government departments.
Over the past 12 years, Roy has mediated and investigated thousands of disputes, ranging from interpersonal arguments to complex systemic, multi-issue conflicts.
