Session Overview:

The Human Element® is a ground breaking approach to building trust, engagement
and collaboration in the work place. It focuses on the people who create the
value for the business, thus impacting product and profit. The Human Element®
is an approach that helps:

  • People in your organization stop playing the blame game.
  • Leadership become more trusted, communicate openly and demonstrate respect
    and caring.
  • People at work be as emotionally intelligent as they are intellectually
    intelligent.
  • The Human Element® is a practical methodology for energizing people with
a vital life force that motivates them to contribute their best effort at
    work and at play.

This one-day workshop introduces you to The Human Element® approach and how
it and its application have been used in a number of different organizations.
With examples from Japan, Denmark, Sweden, the United States, and Vancouver,
BC, you’ll experience some key components of the approach-things you can use
in your own organization.

At the end of the workshop participants will:

  • Have increased awareness around how they make choices in their life and
how that impacts them in the workplace.
  • Be introduced to FIRO-B Theory- a great approach to understand where we
have rigidity and flexibility in how this affects our relationships with
    others.
  • Hear about real life examples how this approach has been used in many countries
    around the world.
