March 24, 2009: The Art & Discipline of Vision Integration

with Jeff Balin, MBA, CPCC – Leadership Coach & Consultant

Many organizations have a vision, but it’s the hearts, minds and habits of their leaders that make it a reality.

In this session, Jeff Balin will share uniquely intimate insights gained from working with dozens of visionary leaders over the last seven years. He will shed light on the hearts, minds and habits behind successful — and sometimes unsuccessful — vision integration from a leadership perspective and you will learn about what tends to work, and what doesn’t.

In particular, you will:

· Learn about visionary leaders’ success habits and explore why visions fail or succeed in organizations and in our lives.

· Better understand visionary leaders’ personal challenges and struggles and how they overcome them.
