What can we do to expand our BCO community consulting projects?

The Building Community Organizations (BCO) program was created as a way for members to enhance their professional practice by “giving back” their services to both the OD community and BC-based volunteer organizations.

In this two hour session, we will explore what we have learned so far through BCO, and how BCO has affected the development of a deeper “community of practice” in BCODN.

You will hear the experiences from three BCO clients, and we will work together to brainstorm what needs to happen next both on an individual and network level. What needs to be fine tuned? What needs to be developed further?
