Some important notes:

you can use them to participate by voice at no cost. Otherwise, you’ll need to phone the teleconference number (which we will provide). This will be a long distance call, and so please be aware there may be long distance charges to your phone bill, according to whatever long distance calling rate or plan you may have. We regret this limitation; if this is a barrier to participation for anyone, please let us know: info@bcodn.org.
Registration is now closed
We will be discussing the intersection of web technology, organizational change, and OD practice. We will also be assessing web conferencing as a venue for connecting BCODN members.
Increasingly, organizations of all kinds are deploying “social software” as an explicit catalyst for organizational change. Successful deployments can dramatically improve organizational effectiveness. However, success with technology can be elusive. As OD practitioners, why should we pay attention to such technologies, what do we need to know, and how do we respond as practitioners? Bring your questions, bring your experiences, as we explore the nature of organization development in the emerging virtual world of work.
