November 18, 2008: Mental Toughness with Terry Dillon
Terry will share his perspective on applying the principles of sport performance psychology to a business context. Terry brings a unique perspective on performance and what it takes to create conditions for achieving sustainable success. Terry was himself an elite athlete for ten years; he rowed for Great Britain competing at two Olympic Games. During the session he will bring to life some of the concepts, models and frameworks that many have found useful in improving their performance or the performance of their teams.
About Terry Dillon
Terry Dillon is Consulting Practice Leader, Western Canada for MICA and is responsible for running MICA’s consulting operation in Western Canada.
He has extensive experience working with Senior Leaders, helping them to be more effective and deliver results through better engaging their people. He has worked with many organizations as a coach to Senior Leaders, as well as developing the effectiveness of Executive Teams.
