Summary & Feedback on Event
Session Overview
Implementing technology on time, on budget and with full support of stakeholders
is a tall order. Key to achieving all three is a planned approach to managing
the changes. Join project leaders from three local organizations as they share
the truth about the effectiveness of the change management strategies leveraged
during their IT projects.
- Darcia Pope, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority
- Claire Adams, Business Objects
- Stewart Andrade, Teekay Shipping
Given that Navigo Consulting and Coaching (www.navigo.ca) worked
with each organization during the project, Sheila Bouman and Heather Lehmann
will set the context. They will provide an overview of Navigo’s change management
approach and how it influenced their guidance to each of these clients. Then,
each client will provide examples of what worked, what didn’t, and what they
might do differently next time. There will also be an opportunity for you to
ask questions, and also share examples of lessons learned from your own experiences
managing change. As an outcome, we will co-create a master list of lessons
learned that can be applied to future IT implementations and to similar change
projects.
It will be a fun, interactive, informative, and practical session.
