How to Reap the Benefits of Conflict
Innovation and inspiration spring from that spot where disparate ideas and desires rub up against each other. Ironically, the place where the sparks fly can be a scary one when we are not equipped to manage ourselves in such circumstances or handle our interactions with vigorous proponents for opposing ideas.
In this session we outline some ways in which workplace groups can comprehend these dynamics, with the intention of achieving the best outcomes that diverse interests and abilities are capable of creating.
Please bring an example from your workplaces for on-the-spot analysis and strategy development.
