organizational change at Fraser Health Authority (FHA). OD consultants Helen
Lingham and Erica Groschler will share the journey of transformation and invite
you to participate in some of the activities.

    Helen Lingham has over 15 years OD experience in a wide range of industries. She has designed and facilitated large group interventions, like the Axelrod conferencing method, for a number of different clients. Helen is a certified trainer for HeartMath Seminars in Boulder, California and also certified to deliver workshops in Change and Transition workshops with William Bridges, Clear Leadership with Dr. Gervase Bushe and Myers Briggs Type Indicator through Psychometrics, Canada.

    Erica Groschler, MA and President of TPS Consulting, brings 15 years of experience working with people in organizations to facilitate authentic communication, stronger and more vibrant teams and overall, higher performance. Erica brings vast industry experience, having worked with companies such as Hewlett Packard, Creo (now Kodak), Pivotal, Fraser Health Authority, CP Railway, BC Ferries, Sun Microsystems, J.D. Power & Associates, and BC Hydro.
