Join us for a fabulous partnership evening between the BC Organizational Development Network (BCODN) and the Vancouver International Coach Federation (ICF) Chapter as we explore the synergies, connections and collaboration opportunities between Coaching and Organizational Development.

A cross functional panel of OD consultants and coaches, including BCODN President Lisa Ryan, and ICF Vancouver Chapter members Lynn Harrison and Julie Jones, will present case studies and share their experiences working as Coach and as OD consultant.

Following these presentations, table discussions will explore questions such as:

· Myth busting – what myths do you have about OD/Coaching?

· Where might a hand-off be from an OD intervention to coaching or vice versa?

· Opportunities to work together – where are they?

· Explaining OD and Coaching to potential clients?

· When does OD end and Coaching begin? Are they the same things?

· What is the organizational impact of individual or group coaching?

· What are your experiences of doing both – what did you learn? What would you do differently?
