SESSION OVERVIEW:

Join us for a special evening with Change Gurus, Dick
and Emily Axelrod.

The Axelrods are authors of You Don’t Have to Do It Alone: How to Involve
Others to Get Things Done, which the New York Times calls “a complete blueprint
for involving others and the best of the current crop of books on this subject.”

This evening Dick and Emily, who are the creators of The Conference Model,
a large group intervention for redesigning processes and organizations, will
share with us their latest creation, Network Driven Change.

The Axelrod’s believe that successful organizational change occurs by building
networks through a series of well designed strategic events. They also believe
that these events should be designed and implemented not by consultants but
by organizational members. The result: issues get resolved and the organization
increases its capacity to handle future changes.

In this lively session, Dick and Emily will discuss how Network Driven Change
is making a difference at organizatons like Boeing and our own Fraser Health.
