Are you an OD consultant curious about what it would be like to be an internal OD consultant, or
an external OD consultant? Do you wonder if going out on your own is right for you, or whether
you would be better off working within an organization, or being an external consultant working for
a consulting firm? This evening will visit these questions and engage you in an opportunity to
learn from the best in a variety of different OD practices!
A panel of experienced OD professionals will share their stories, how they got started, the
challenges they faced and their journey to where they are today. This will be followed by breakouts
where you will engage in dialogue with the panel members and other OD professionals to
address diverse topics around building your OD consultancy practice.
