Presenter: Neil Kyle, PhD

Neil is a seasoned OD practitioner with 20 years of extensive experience in
leadership, change management, strategic planning, team building and training
with public and private org. He has held a variety of senior management positions
in OD with Simon Fraser Health Authority, The United Way, ICBC and the HR consulting
group and has a proven track record of cost savings and ROI with his projects.

Neil has taught at UBC, BCIT, Douglas College and SFU. He has published and
presented in the area of change management at conferences.

Currently, Neil provides management consulting services as the principal of
Neil Kyle & Associates, which has been in business since 1986. He is president
of the BCODN.
