BCODN Spring Networking Event

Join us as we celebrate the hard work and creativity at work in our BCO. Participating project consultants and mentors will be on hand to discuss their methodologies and lessons learned!

The Building Community Organizations(BCO) program was created as a way for members to enhance their professional practice by “giving back” their services to both the OD community and BC based volunteer organizations.

In this networking and poster session, we have an opportunity to explore what we have learned so far through BCO.  Learn how the BCO has affected the development of a deeper “community of practice” in BCODN.

Come and meet other OD professions. Let’s talk about what we can create both on an individual and network level to make the BCO initiative even more worthwhile!
