‘flavor-of-the-month’ fad is now well researched and shown to be highly connected to
performance in the workplace and in life – not likely to go out of style!
So, what exactly is EI and what does it have to do with organizational development? Come hear
David Cory, leadership development specialist, as he shares his experiences with the
assessment and development of Emotional Intelligence from the perspective of a
coach/consultant/trainer who works with leaders in organizations all over the world.
Participants will gain a greater understanding of the concept of emotional intelligence as
described by the literature; be able to explain the connection between EI and OD; and take away
a practical framework from which to assess EQ. Come prepared to play, interact, discuss, and
