In this experiential workshop, you will begin to laugh more, and you’ll be able to help others do the same. By using laughter tools, you can bring your team to a more productive, cohesive, and empowered level, because when it comes to laughter there are no limits.

Presented by Brian Fraser of Jazzthink, this session will engage participants in discovering what qualities of great teamwork can be seen in a jazz performance, how the wisdom in the room stacks up against the best of the research and reflection in the field, and what practical steps can be taken in the workplace to nurture high-functioning teams.

It is commonsensical because all of us have had conversations that, for better or worse, profoundly altered our professional or personal lives. As consultants, how often do we enter a contract with a new client, only to have our efforts to help undermined by resistance, a lack of trust, a lack of commitment, or other factors? If we could rely on establishing the perfect relationship with new clients quickly and effectively, it would drastically impact the results we and our clients would achieve together. Creating this relationship is more complex than initially appears; however, there are a number of clear principles and concepts that can move us closer to the consultant-client relationships we desire.
