Program cancellations
Where BCODN cancels an event or program, a full refund will be given to those who have already paid to attend.
Participant cancellations
Evening workshops
a refund, less a 20% administration fee of a minimum of $5, will be issued for cancellations received with due notice. Notice of the cancellation must be submitted by email to info@bcodn.org. Original eReceipt must be attached. Notice of cancellation must be received one full week (seven calendar days) before the date of the event for a refund to be issued. No refunds issued for cancellations received within one week of event date.
Full-day and multiple-day workshops
A refund, less a 10% administration fee of a minimum $50, will be issued for cancellationsreceived with due notice. Notice of cancellation must be submitted by email to info@bcodn.org. Original eReceipt must be attached. Notice of cancellation must be received two full weeks (14 calendar days) before the start date of the event for a refund to be issued. No refunds issued for cancellations received within two weeks of event date
Online registration & payment
The BCODN has set up an online registration and payment system for events facilitated by http://www.gifttool.com/. All participants are requested to use this system for registering and paying for events. This is a safe and secure system that will allow the BCODN to better manage events.
