Event Overview:

Come join the BCODN’s very own Teresa Comey, Principal of Influencing Leadership and current BCODN President, for an evening of exploring OD interventions and teams.

Often an OD consultant is contacted because there is a problem with a team; the team isn’t working well, there are interpersonal conflicts, the team is not productive, or morale may be low. We may be invited to do ‘team building.’ We may be asked to sort out the team issues, or deal with the problem team member. In considering all of this; what is the most appropriate OD intervention for a team? Where do we start?

Organizational Development is a planned effort with the goal to increase organizational effectiveness and health. Through planned interventions, at different levels of an organization, OD consultants seek to create change and solve problems toward improving productivity and employee engagement.

During this interactive session we will:

Explore OD interventions at multiple levels in the organization including the individual, team, large group and organizational

Explore multiple OD approaches and how they can support the team

Answer the question: is there a “best” place to start?

With the new year, often comes resolutions which can be pesky little things that we have every intention of doing, but need so much energy to initiate. Resolutions usually require one or both of the following:

- A change in behaviour – doing something that you’ve done in the same way for a long time, in a new or more effective way.
- A change in perspective – learning how to see existing issues/opportunities/behaviours in a new light.

With our first professional development event of 2012, we wanted to give tools and insights to help you with both aspects of resolutions!

Where West Meets East: Relationships from an Evidence-Based Perspective

Inspired by previous BCODN speakers and presentations at BCODN, Oxana Pavlenko will assist you in establishing a new perspective on relationships for 2012.

Based on research by Dr. John Gottman, Oxana will give you practical tools for dealing with difficult situations at work. Combining exercises, an experience of mindfulness practice, and a demonstration of its physiological outcome will
contribute to your learning experience. Depending on which emotion you may find more challenging, we will investigate alternatives that you can integrate into your consulting practice and pass on to your clients.

At the end of this session, you will leave with:

Practical skills to manage inevitable disagreement with others

A method of communicating differences and handling strong emotions – within yourself and others

A deeper understanding of how relationships work, based on research

Greater awareness on how you show up

Alternative approaches to resolving conflict

The Community Practice project is an initiative by and for the BCODN membership. So far, we’ve had some lively conversations, and it’s a great way to connect with other members in a casual and unstructured setting where your interests are foremost. Any member is encouraged to facilitate an upcoming session — if you’re interested in doing that, then join us at one of the sessions, where the next facilitator is normally chosen.

Selling Your Professional Services

Whether consulting from the inside or outside of an organization, developing a business case for our expertise is often perilous, not to mention painful. And, who knew we had to sell?!?

This session provides a framework for holding business acquisition discussions with prospective clients that dramatically improve the odds of landing the engagement. It is also meant to be an eye-opener for new practitioners who need to confront the challenge of winning an engagement sooner rather than later.

What will you learn?

How to feel good – or at least better – about talking to potential clients both internal and external.

How to critically think through business opportunities to accurately judge their true potential.

Strategies and words to use during business development conversations that increase the probability of acquiring the work.

What problems/challenges will you learn to solve?

Given the deep reluctance many consultants feel about selling their services, the largest impact this session can have is the transformation of the abhorred sales transaction into a value-added exploration that consultants will look forward to holding with potential clients.

Finally, the model teaches logical analysis and critical thinking skills that are profoundly applicable to many other life challenges in and outside of work.

Managing Workplace Conflict

Presenter: Lori Charvat

This session is geared to the OD practitioner who is required to manage conflict within teams and between individuals by resolving difficult interpersonal situations, and/or preventing the destructive effects of conflict from tainting the workplace. Conflict is a natural by-product of the workplace. Conflict can be an opportunity for positive change when handled with compassion and through a lens of possibility.

At the end of this session, you will leave with:

A practical framework from which to approach conflict, which examines power structures and relative “truths”,

Improved communication tools to unpack the “stories” of conflict, and

Greater insight into one’s own relationship with conflict.

Lori Charvat is the Principal of Sandbox Consulting, where she works with organizations to help build a better workplace. She orients her work on principles of social justice and social sustainability to build fair and enduring communities at work.
Overcoming Immunity to Change

Presenter: Donna Howes

If you have ever tried and failed, to make changes in your own life or to help others make changes in theirs, this session is for you. Based on the work of Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey authors of “Immunity to Change”, we know there is a big gulf between knowing we should change and our ability to act on that knowledge. This session offers insight to internal and external obstacles that keep individuals and organizations stuck, and introduces a practical a learning platform / tool to overcome inertia and transform your life and your work.

At the end of this session, you will leave with:

Greater understanding on how the mind, like the body, has an immune system which can “protect” us from the very changes we need to make,

Deeper awareness on a “big assumption” that currently makes sustainable change impossible, and

New ideas on how you can create more opportunities for transformative change for yourself and clients.

Donna Howes is principal of Humanity at Work, an executive coaching and organization development practice devoted to creating inspired results for individuals and organizations. Her extensive business and industry background spans major centres in both Canada and Australia, where she has designed leading-edge change strategies that have proven effective across organizational lines and interpersonal dynamics. A skilled facilitator, Donna takes a holistic, dialogic approach, providing new perspectives and insights to help clients resolve their distinctive change issues.

Assessing both Heart and Brain – A Holistic OD Intervention

Presenter: Eli Sopow

Generic OD diagnostic tools don’t work. Too often the organizational patient continues to suffer or get worse because not only the symptoms are mis-diagnosed but the underlying causes are missed altogether. In a world of complexity and change what’s needed is a holistic approach to OD that combines science with insight and experience with knowledge. This session presents a proven diagnostic tool called the LEADicator which quickly combines quantitative and qualitative research leading to custom-tailored grassroots transformation. In dozens of sessions employees emerged from the LEADicator with a new appreciation of core OD issues, identification of do-able actions, and direct involvement in organizational change.

At the end of this session, you will leave with:

A process to quickly identify key employee engagement strengths and gaps that directly influence an organization’s ability to achieve its key purpose,

A process to bring common understanding of key performance drivers to a workplace, and

A process to quickly identify what is within the immediate span of change control at a workplace.

Eli Sopow, PhD, is Director of Continuous Improvement at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (Pacific Region) and a member of the organization’s Centre for Strategic Research. Previously he served as Director of Research with the RCMP National Change Management Team. He is also Professor of Management (part time) at University Canada West. Dr. Sopow has so far conducted over 200 employee and public surveys and has been published in several professional and peer-reviewed journals. Three years ago Dr. Sopow and a team of OD practitioners at the RCMP developed the LEADicator process of linking employee engagement to an organization’s key purpose. Since then the process has been successfully used in dozens of workplaces throughout Canada. Dr. Sopow holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems, Masters degrees in both Leadership and in Human Development, and a Certificate in Peer Counselling. His past includes being a partner and vice-president with an international consulting firm and an Associate Deputy Minister with the BC government. His early career includes service as a business and political news reporter.

Conscious Leadership – An Integral Approach to Connecting Deeply and Inspiring Others

Presenter: Joseph Zepedeo with Staffan Rydin

We don’t see others as they are. We see them as WE are! There are four primary perspectives that human beings tend to see through and make meaning from; we call these our “ways of seeing”.

Typically one of these perspectives is favoured, a kind of “home base” from which we see and relate to everything; a place that shapes what we see in ourselves and in others and guides our thoughts, feelings and actions.

In this session, we will help you identify your favourite way of seeing and shed some light on potential blind spots. We call this ability Conscious Leadership. It encourages a new/wider way of seeing, one that helps you connect more deeply with others because you are more able to see them for who they are and meet them where they are at. From this new place, you can inspire others and help them reach their fullest expression.

At the end of this session, you will leave with:

A greater understanding of the four primary perspectives human use to make sense of the world around them,

Deeper awareness around your favourite way of seeing,

A new perspective on your potential blind spots, and

Practical applications of these insights that you can use in everyday work situations to inspire others and help them reach their fullest potential.

Joseph Zepedeo is founder and President of The Integral Business Leadership Group and an experienced consultant and coach bringing about evolutionary change at the individual, team and organizational levels. He has been providing service for over 20 years to a variety of clients in the public and private sectors in both union and non-union environments. Joseph is adept at leading teams, consensus building and developing creative yet pragmatic solutions to difficult organizational challenges. As a highly skilled Certified Integral Coach™, Joseph works holistically with clients to help bring about fundamental shifts in their ‘way of being’ to produce powerful results.

Staffan Rydin is an executive coach and organizational and leadership development consultant with more than six years experience in international business. He has consulted for and coached individuals in both a personal and professional environment in Scandinavia and Canada. He is passionate about facilitating the emergence of untapped potential in people and organizations. He works with clients to create more effective and inspiring new possibilities, and support them in developing the roadmaps and tools to realize them.

Mentoring and the Building Community Organizations (BCO) Program

Presenter: Patti Gilberson

This will be an interactive dialogue on the subject of mentoring, exploring best practices of mentoring and the potential gains for organizations and mentors who are involved in mentoring programs.

In this session, you will:

Share your most satisfying mentoring experiences and what made them so effective,

Identify your strengths as an Information Age mentor, and

Learn how to participate in BCO projects in the role of Mentor.

Patti Gilbertson is a graduate of Fielding Graduate University in Organizational Development, practices psychotherapy and change consulting in health care and co-chairs the Building Community Organizations Committee (BCO). BCO is a program linking emerging consultants, mentors and not for profit clients under the sponsorship of BCODN.

Note: While some mentoring fundamentals will be discussed in this session, its primary purpose is somewhat different than the other sessions of the evening as it will be to dialogue around mentoring, the BCO, and how to more deeply engage BCODN members as Mentors in projects.

How long does it take working as a consultant before we realize that a potential engagement can go off the rails in more ways than we could ever imagine?

Whether consulting from inside or outside of an organization, developing a business case for our expertise is often perilous, not to mention painful. And, who knew we had to sell?!?

This session provides a framework for holding business acquisition discussions with prospective clients that dramatically improve the odds of landing the engagement. It is also meant to be an eye-opener for new practitioners who need to confront the challenge of winning an engagement sooner rather than later.

Larry Birckhead led two Community of Practice (CoP) evenings in the spring of 2011 and focused on the struggles and success during the business acquisition process; those who attended will testify that the discussion was vibrant, the interest high, the end not in sight. This session will continue that earlier dialogue and take it to the next level. If you didn’t attend the sessions, this is your chance to get a distillation of them and so much more!

Larry Birckhead is the creator, lead designer, and instructor for the HabitShift workshop. He has a Master’s Degree in counseling and over 30 years of experience working in the development of people and businesses in private, government, and non-profit sectors.

A Fall 2011 BCO Project is ready for your Autumn energy!

The Building Community Organization Committee is seeking consultants and mentor who are interested in working with an organization devoted to environmental sustainability and social justice. The organization is familiar with our work having been a past client and was so pleased they have engaged with us again. Additionally, the organization has recently engaged with someone to help create a mind map for the initiative discussed below and connected with a project management professional. This is an organization that is good at working on itself.

The Work: The organization is bringing together many initiatives under one umbrella and requires some help facilitating a session to create an action plan for the initiative. The work will require some priority setting and could possibly result in some roles and responsibilities changing – a possibility that may come as a surprise to some members of the organization. Specifically the Executive Director is interested in having members in an advisory body move into more implementation roles. The ED is hopeful that an action planning session with the advisory body will elicit desire to implement the plan they help co-create. This is where it will get interesting for the consultant team.

The Skills: Facilitation skills will be useful to have for this project and the ability to help individuals move from abstract concepts to concrete actions. This project will probably help develop skills of getting the unsaid, said, and the ability to help an organization prioritize.

The Timeline: The organization is looking to begin working with a client team in early October and the project is expected to conclude around mid-December.

Contact us at info@bcodn.org or BCO@bcodn.org

Call for Presenters

We’re in the process of developing our October 27, 2011 event, which this year will feature a selection of mini workshops. To make the most of our very capable membership, we invite you to participate as a presenter!

We are looking for 4-6 presenters to share their skills with a community of like-minded professionals.

See below for more details on how to get involved and submit a proposal.

The Event: Three-Course Mini Workshops
We’re kicking off our professional development season by sampling some great OD-related tools, presented as a three-course mini workshop series.

Theme: OD Core Tools
Date: October 27, 2011
Time: 6:30pm-9pm
Format: 30-minute rotating presentations – presenters will repeat the same topic 3 times to different groups of people. A total of 4-6 workshops will be offered.
Location: BCIT

The Need
We are looking for presentations that will be relevant and exciting to Organization Development practitioners and other related professionals. You should be able to speak informatively on a topic such as Change, Leadership Development, Organizational Design, Process Consultation, Group Facilitation, Group Dynamics, OD and Technology, Business Literacy for OD, or Conflict Management. We are looking for practical and targeted sessions that translate well into tools for OD practitioners. This is not a forum for marketing of services, but is rather specifically geared towards professional development of attending participants.

Here’s what we need in a proposal from you:
- a succinct paragraph describing your proposed session
- a list of 2-3 learning objectives
- a short bio of yourself, including your relevant experience in the topic you want to present.

Please email your proposal to info@bcodn.org by Friday, September 23, 2011. We will review all submissions and respond to you no later than Friday, September 30, 2011.

Many thanks and we look forward to a great evening full of learning.

“I always enjoy BCODN events so it was good to connect, renew relationships and make new ones. As a long time member I am surprised at how few other long time members attended the social.”

“Loved the event . . . I really like this location for a mix-n-mingle. It feels upscale, but not pretentious . . . I liked the informality of the event, and got to talk with almost everyone there”

Presenters

Raj Dhasi: Your Brain and Change: Cultivating Flexibility

Change is a constant in our lives and with the ever increasing rate of change in today’s world, our brains are required to adapt as never before. Yet the human brain often responds to change with rigidity by clinging to old patterns – even those which prove to be unproductive. This session draws on the powerful insights of neuroscience to help you understand what causes the brain to respond so rigidly. From that understanding, you will identify strategies to support you brain (and those of your clients) to respond to change with grace and flexibility.

David McCutcheon: The Simple Science of Engagement

David presents what he describes as “the single most fascinating idea that I have ever studied in my entire life.” Referencing the work of British Experiential Education Specialist, Colin Mortlock, David will share a beautifully simple, yet elegant model that explores (and explains) the relationship between ‘performance context’ and the highly subjective experiences of the performer. Mortlock’s insightful model and the concepts it describes may also be used to study, understand and powerfully enhance employee engagement.

Geoffrey Lane: Storytelling: Creating a Culture of Success

Stories have been told ever since humans developed language and first gathered around the fire, and for a good reason: a story is not just a powerful way to impart complex information; it gives the storyteller an opportunity to build an emotional bond with the listener.

Powerful communicators who gather around the boardroom table or at the speaker’s podium or the sales team can be heard telling stories. These expert communicators know that storytelling is emotive and persuasive. Storytellers – we see them holding court and they are proof that the story is alive and well and thriving in this technology-driven world, stories make contact and have an impact on others. What stories are being told in your organization: The good? The bad? Or the ugly? Learn how to influence your organization’s cultural with stories.

David Gouthro: Picture Perfect Performance

Pictures can be used in a wide variety of ways to spark creativity, explore perspectives and improve performance. Come and learn you can tap into this valuable resource and apply it to teambuilding, coaching, and darn near anything you’re doing with your clients.

Ken Bellemare: The Magic of Interaction

Magic intrigues us, captures our attention and imagination. In today’s world of speed, “right-now communication” and shortened attention spans Magic JOLT activities pack powerful learning in brief periods of time. You will learn four new Jolts.

Brian Fraser: SOULpreneuring to Flourish

In turbulent times of troubled transitions, we are all entrepreneurs who show up best when we draw on our deeply-rooted capabilities to take innovative risks in adapting to change. Brian Fraser will introduce the dynamics of SOULpreneuring, an idea space he is just beginning to explore. Come prepared to play with another of Brian’s acronyms – this one for SOUL – and discover more about the resilience you have to thrive in the midst of change.

Joseph Zepedeo: Successfully Navigating Today’s Complex Decisions

Explore a practical Integral Approach to help you make important difficult decisions. Successfully navigating today’s difficult challenges needs an inclusive, holistic and comprehensive approach that integrates individual, team, organizational, social and environmental concerns. This is what the Integral Model has become known for … and has been described as the change modality of the 21st Century. Applying this Integral Framework, let Joseph Zepedeo show you how to tap the “Four Fundamental Perspectives” when making really important decisions for lasting success.

After a relationship is established or contracted, a coach or organization development (OD) practitioner needs to understand the individual or organization that s/he is engaging with in order to be effective in the relationship.

This “snapshot” is often called “exploration” in coaching and “diagnostics” in OD. Its purpose is to assess the current state in order to co-create/align to a future/desired state or achieve a certain goal.

It generally includes:

Determining the approach used to gather information (informally in dialogue or formally via assessments/models)

Gathering data (via assessments, asking questions, observation)

Analyzing the information (either in real-time with the client or in greater depth via analysis tools), and

Presenting the findings back to the client.

The process also encourages timely and ongoing feedback from the client to ensure a positive/generative change, either in the system or in the individual.

We are excited about this collaboration between the BC Organizational Development Network (BCODN) and the Vancouver chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

The evening will centre on a dialogue between two practitioners within the fields of coaching and OD providing concepts, uses and examples of exploration and diagnostics. The panel will also facilitate a discussion between practitioners around approaches used in each field in this crucial component of any client engagement.

The event will provide a great opportunity for you to learn from and connect with peers across these enmeshed and complimentary fields of expertise.

The evening begins at 6:00 pm with 30 minutes of networking/catching up with colleagues. The speakers will begin the presentation at 6:30, sharp. The evening ends at 8:30pm. To register for the event please click the following link: http://www.gifttool.com/registrar/ShowEventDetails?ID=1616&EID=9076

We would like to invite you to a dialogue to explore the potential for us as a Community of Practice.

Join us at the Roundhouse Community Centre on Tuesday, March 1st 2011 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm in a dialogue to explore:

What is the potential for us as a community of practice and why do we care?

What deeper purpose would be worthy of or our collective energy?

How may we build on the existing strengths and offerings of BCODN to support us in what we want to do together?

Please sign up by Tuesday, February 22nd 2011 at: http://tinyurl.com/4rjf4ya

Background:

Looking back at our roots, before the BCODN was even an established ‘society’, the idea of the BCODN was that of a Community of Practice. Fast forward 10 years….at last year’s AGM and Future Search there was an interest in exploring the potential for BCODN as a Community of Practice – an informal way of learning and sharing with each other. A similar idea of deepening our purpose and interaction and moving from a network to a community of practice surfaced during our October’s event with Chris Corrigan.

Our professional development and networking events, our newsletter, BCO and the LinkedIn Group already offer us opportunities to join our peers in a rich learning community. Yet, perhaps there are possibilities to engage in even more ways, to inquire into and reflect on our practice and to deepen our interactions…

We’ll decide on the format for future gatherings based on the outcomes of this first meeting. Dialogue circles, sharing case stories, online dialogues or presentations, or something completely different…

An organization development initiative has a higher likelihood of being successful when the consultant is more aware of her/his own strengths, biases, achievements, blind spots, etc.

“The cleaner the instrument of change, the likelier change will happen”, from one perspective, means that the consultant is not adding more variables (i.e. tainting) the already complex mix.

We are not striving for perfection, but developing greater awareness of our imperfections in order to minimize their impact on the client’s system, so as to be more fully of service to the organization.

Integral Life Practice (Wilber, Patten, Leonard and Morelli), based on Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory work, seeks to outline a framework that integrates all forms of human knowledge, development models, philosophies (and more) into a cohesive whole. It does not explain these, but rather transcends/includes them all and is radically inclusive.

In this evening of dialogue, we will:

Outline the Integral Life Practice (ILP) framework,

Review, briefly, its 4 main modules: Shadow, Mind, Body, and Spirit

Compare and contrast development stages, states of awareness, lines of development, and types of differences

Discuss how ILP can assist us in increasing awareness and identify areas of development

Join us as we celebrate the hard work and creativity at work in our BCO. Participating project consultants and mentors will be on hand to discuss their methodologies and lessons learned!

The Building Community Organizations(BCO) program was created as a way for members to enhance their professional practice by “giving back” their services to both the OD community and BC based volunteer organizations.

In this networking and poster session, we have an opportunity to explore what we have learned so far through BCO. Learn how the BCO has affected the development of a deeper “community of practice” in BCODN.

Come and meet other OD professions. Let’s talk about what we can create both on an individual and network level to make the BCO initiative even more worthwhile!

Registration is now closed

We will be discussing the intersection of web technology, organizational change, and OD practice. We will also be assessing web conferencing as a venue for connecting BCODN members.

Increasingly, organizations of all kinds are deploying “social software” as an explicit catalyst for organizational change. Successful deployments can dramatically improve organizational effectiveness. However, success with technology can be elusive. As OD practitioners, why should we pay attention to such technologies, what do we need to know, and how do we respond as practitioners? Bring your questions, bring your experiences, as we explore the nature of organization development in the emerging virtual world of work.

The initiative is PITO (Physician Information Technology Office) and the program’s mandate is to implement Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems in 3800 physicians’ offices by 2012.

Accepting the challenge: Shirley Leonard, M.A. (Leadership & Training) & HROEP (Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness Professional) is the Implementation Team Lead for the BC Medical Association’s PITO Program. Jivi Khehra is the Provincial Local Relationship Manager and is a vital contributor to the ‘glue’ for the team.

Discovering together: What are the elements that build and bind a geographically-dispersed and diverse group of people to become an effective team capable of meeting this mandate? What are the challenges in a project like this? What leadership style supports a team to meet those challenges? More importantly – will we succeed?

This will be a highly interactive and informative presentation about the challenges and opportunities of leading virtual teams. From the case study as described, we will explore team building, communication and conflict resolution in a team that is dispersed all over the province. You will learn the do’s and don’ts of leading a distributed team. Please bring your own organizational challenges and lessons learned to add to the richness of the dialogue. Some questions we may explore:

How to do team building virtually?

How do you ensure everyone’s needs are met in teleconferences?

How do you stay connected between teleconferences?

Lessons learned about leading a virtual team.

Susan Scott’s book: “Fierce Conversations”, builds on the notion that our lives succeed or fail one conversation at a time”. This is at once commonsensical and revolutionary. It is commonsensical because all of us have had conversations that, for better or worse, profoundly altered our professional or personal lives. It is revolutionary because a course on conversations won’t be found in an MBA curriculum.

When you think of a Fierce Conversation, think authentic, honest and effective. A Fierce Conversation is not about holding forth on your point of view, but about provoking learning by sitting with someone side-by-side and jointly interrogating reality. The goal is to expand the conversation rather than narrow it.

Session Objective

To discover what a Fierce Conversation is (and isn’t) and how it can be used to immediately create success in your business and life.

What You Will Take Away from the Session

Three Transformational Ideas that will forever alter your view of the power of conversation.

The Four Objectives of a Fierce Conversation to immediately use in your life and work

Seven Principles that build an authentic honest environment.

Coaching Conversation -A powerful, deep-dive conversation used to surface and address issues critical to the success of individuals and organizations

Session Details

About the Facilitator

Deb Fortney is the president and owner of Team Talk Consulting which uses conversational facilitation (Team Talk) to increase team performance. She introduced Fierce Conversations as a change tool while working at Ernst and Young in the US to great success.

As consultants, how often do we enter a contract with a new client, only to have our efforts to help undermined by resistance, a lack of trust, a lack of commitment, or other factors? If we could rely on establishing the perfect relationship with new clients quickly and effectively, it would drastically impact the results we and our clients would achieve together. Creating this relationship is more complex than initially appears; however, there are a number of clear principles and concepts that can move us closer to the consultant-client relationships we desire.

In this two and a half hour workshop, Schein’s concept of “the helping relationship” will be explored through presentation, discussion, and small-group exercises. At the same time, Schein’s principles will be modeled in the way the workshop is organized and the initial relationship-formation that is embarked upon between participants and facilitator. This will also be a source of reflection and discussion. Schein’s book Process Consultation Revisited: building the helping relationship will be heavily drawn from, but attendees are not expected to have any prior knowledge of Schein’s work. Workshop participants will leave with a new understanding of the client-consultant relationship, familiarity with Schein’s overarching principles, and written materials for more information.

‘flavor-of-the-month’ fad is now well researched and shown to be highly connected to
performance in the workplace and in life – not likely to go out of style!
So, what exactly is EI and what does it have to do with organizational development? Come hear
Participants will gain a greater understanding of the concept of emotional intelligence as
described by the literature; be able to explain the connection between EI and OD; and take away
a practical framework from which to assess EQ. Come prepared to play, interact, discuss, and
learn about Emotional Intelligence to enrich and enhance your OD work.
