The BC OD Network received its official certificate of incorporation as a Society under the name BC OD Network, effective August 10, 2004.
The Governance section of the BCODN site includes documentation that guides us in functioning as a non-profit organization. For example, our Bylaws are filed according to the Society Act of British Columbia with that office.
